- All windows and door to deck replaced (Andersen Windows & Doors).
- Replaced all window casing, base trim and heat vents.
- Also replaced dormer window and opened up interior framing to let natural light into entryway (was previously just aesthetic from exterior).
- Addition of custom built deck with pergola, last professionally stained in 2025.
- Added Acacia hardwood flooring in foyer, kitchen and hallway to bedrooms. Acacia wood is a highly durable, harder than oak and ideal for high traffic areas.
- Added granite countertops in kitchen.
